The YT28 rock drill has a moderate body height and a large piston stroke range, allowing it to drill anchor holes perpendicular to the roof surface. Before drilling operations, personnel should check the integrity and rotation of all components, fill in necessary lubricant, and confirm smooth air and water passages with firm connection joints. Wet drilling is required for all operations; dry drilling is strictly prohibited. Operators should turn on water first then air during startup, and turn off air first then water when stopping. Gloves are not allowed for operators during drilling work. When abnormal sounds or abnormal water discharge occur during operation, the equipment should be stopped for inspection before resuming work.
