The machine has a moderate height and a large stroke range, which allows it to drill anchor holes perpendicular to the roof surface. This design supports construction quality control of roadway anchor holes. The drill can be applied to rock with f≤6, adapting to both rock roadways and semi-roadway working faces.
The control handle is integrated with the shank body for convenient operation. The muffler cover reduces noise during work and allows adjustment of exhaust direction to improve on-site working conditions. The product also features flexible start, air-water linkage, fast air leg return and air pressure adjustment mechanisms. It has a simple structure, with straightforward maintenance procedures and low maintenance cost.
Before operation, check the integrity of all parts, fill lubricant, and confirm smooth air and water passages with firm connections. Inspect the working face for loose rocks and process them in advance. Wet drilling is required: turn on water first then air during operation, and turn off air first then water when stopping. Operators must not wear gloves during drilling. When using the air leg, maintain a proper standing position and do not apply body weight to pressurize the drill. If abnormal sound or water discharge occurs, stop the machine for inspection and resolve the issue before resuming work.
The YT28 rock drill is supplied directly from the factory, with large stock of spare parts including rock drill oil injectors, drill rods and drill bits. Core components come with a 1-year warranty. For stock items, delivery can be arranged within 15 days after order confirmation, and bulk orders take up to 30 days for production and delivery.
